Andy Kemp is a principal with First Capital Partners, having joined the firm in 2010. Andy has 13 years of experience as a financial professional including experience in investment banking, corporate lending, and corporate finance and accounting.
Prior to joining First Capital Partners, Andy was chief financial officer of Natura Pet Products, Inc., a Fremont, Nebraska-based manufacturer of premium pet products, where he successfully executed the sale of the company to the Iams Company, a subsidiary of Procter & Gamble. In this role Andy was part of the executive management team where he worked closely with the production, and sales and marketing groups within the business. Andy previously held positions with First National Mergers & Acquisitions and Government Properties Trust, Inc., a publicly traded REIT. He began his career in 1997 at the First National Bank of Omaha in its commercial business and real estate lending groups.
Andy received a B.A. in history and political science from Emory University and an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
