Dave Paulmeyer Rejoins First Capital Partners as Vice President

Dave Paulmeyer has rejoined First Capital Partners as a vice president with responsibilities for investment origination and execution as well as working closely with portfolio companies.

Dave originally joined First Capital Partners in 2007 as a college intern and was appointed to a full time analyst position in 2009. In 2011, Dave was promoted to an associate.  In 2014, Dave departed the firm to pursue a full-time MBA before rejoining First Capital Partners in July. 

“Dave has made valuable contributions to the growth of our firm since initially joined in 2007 and we are excited to have him rejoin the firm as a vice president with a focus on originating new investment opportunities,” commented David McLeese, managing partner of the First Capital Partners.

Dave received a BS in accounting from the University of Nebraska where he was a Chancellor's Scholar.  In June, he earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he graduated with high honors and was also selected by the faculty for having the most outstanding academic record in his graduating class.
