First Capital Partners Announces the Promotion of Andrew Kemp to Managing Director

First Capital Partners is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrew Kemp to managing director. Mr. Kemp joined the firm in 2010 as a principal and has had responsibility for originating, underwriting and managing investments in FCP Fund II, L.P.  Mr. Kemp also serves as the firm's chief financial officer.  Before joining the firm, Mr. Kemp was the chief financial officer of Natura Pet Products, a manufacturer of premium pet products based in Fremont, Nebraska, where he led the company’s sale to Proctor & Gamble’s Iams division.  Mr. Kemp previously led mergers and acquisitions engagements with First National Mergers & Acquisitions and before that he was with Government Properties Trust, a publicly traded REIT.  He received a degree in history and political science from Emory University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
