First Capital Partners Invests in Claims Resolution Corporation

First Capital Partners, LLC is pleased to announce its recent subordinated debt and equity co-investment in Claims Resolution Corporation (“CRC”), a third-party administrator (TPA) providing full service multi-line insurance claims management. Based in Galloway, NJ, CRC specializes in managing workers’ compensation and liability claims for government entities and businesses in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.
 
The investment was made in partnership with Ardent Investors along with members of CRC's senior management team. CRC is actively seeking add-on investments. Candidates could include TPA’s operating in the same markets and/or in new geographies.
