First Capital Partners Invests in Color Craft Graphic Arts

First Capital Partners is pleased to announce its subordinated (mezzanine) debt and equity investment in Color Craft Graphic Arts, LLC ("CCGA"). Based in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, CCGA is a designer and manufacturer of paperboard-based folding carton packaging solutions, primarily for private label food and household goods applications. The company specializes in short to medium-sized production runs and prides itself on being a flexible and responsive partner to its customers.

First Capital Partners joined with Steve Mirecki, CEO, to better position the company for its continued growth. Steve will continue to lead the company and is excited about bringing on an investment partner to support the company's strategic initiatives saying, “Color Craft’s partnership with First Capital Partners will facilitate the next phase of the company’s growth, and I’m looking forward to continuing to meet the needs of our customers and taking the business to the next level.”

Paul Golden of Schilling Ventures joined with First Capital Partners in the investment and will serve as a value-added operating partner and board member to the company.
