First Capital Partners Invests in Trinity3 Technology

First Capital Partners is pleased to announce its recently completed debt and equity co-investment in Trinity3 Technology (“Trinity3”) to support Rotunda Capital Partners’ recapitalization of the business. Trinity3, based in St. Paul, MN, is a value-added reseller of tablets, laptops, PCs and other technology products to the K-12 market throughout the U.S. Trinity3 is brand agnostic, offering products from leading technology OEMs, including Lenovo, Dell, and HP. In addition to providing schools with a range of devices to meet their technology needs, the company also delivers comprehensive support services to its customers, making it easier for school districts to procure, deploy and service technology in their classrooms. First Capital Partners’ investment was made through its third fund, FCP Fund III, LP, which was raised in 2018.
