AES manufactures HVAC, fluid handling, power distribution and other products for the equipment rental industry. AES’s products are sold to specialty rental equipment providers that rent the products to end users in the industrial, municipal, construction, and special event markets. FCP provided mezzanine debt and a minority equity investment to support the acquisition of the company.
